@alejandromomota6934 no there isn't scientific proof that he existed, otherwise do plese present it, but keepnin mind that not even the gospels from the bible are contemporary to jesus, but are written about 30 to 50 after his alleged death.

@nicatlaca though all this outrage about a girl that is not white to play a mermaid is ridiculous, you shoukd keep in mind that most mythical creafures existed in a form or another in most cultures, because as someone already pointed out, we are all human race, we shouldn't dived ourselves by innate traits that we have no power to change (like ethnicity or skin colour)

@Mathilda you are right, they cannot all control the masses, most of them have to be from the heard and be controlled, as it really happens. The vast majority of people don't even bother to read the book they claim to believe, they just cherry pick the parts they were told to believe and act like tat is all to their religion.

@2186kmr without religious dogma surrounding the event, hardly ever this happens... there is a reason why countries ranked higher by happiness happen also to be with most atheists. Same is also true about prison populations, atheist are at the bottom of the list... for such "immoral" creatures we are quite behaved.
