  4. The use against civilians is a terrible War crime which the Russians have done countless times. Using them on the battlefield is not a crime. This is a last resort, without the planes which could do the same work, this is what will do the job.

  14. Recall the tactics of Genghis Khan , he destroyed whole cities. The Russians in particular were under the yoke of The Golden Horde for longer than any European country. Immediately following them was the foundation of the Romanov dynasty. It was not until WW1 that they were overthrown and replaced by the Revolution. We know how that has been for everyone. The past is not over. My sincere hope is the Ukraine wins but also that the world is ready to catch the parts as The Russian Empire falls at last.
