Trump is not intelligent but he is sly and he is cunning. He may have realized that the project 2025 crowd was taking over his campaign building on what he could do for them. This would not go down well. He seems to be sabotaging what campaign there is. Along with the in-fighting in MAGA. he may suspect he will be replaced by Vance.
