  4. @ well don’t chuck everything good thing out with one error! And you don’t do any good by getting so het up. I don’t disagree with you, the economies of scale have horribly distorted what was farming practice. Do good in your immediate circle. That is all most of can do.

  6. This is what I learned about plant protein. in Diet for a Small Planet, they talked about protein combinations, rice and beans, wheat and peanuts.
