No-one can control a virus. It broke out and slowly the serious cases surfaced in different places. It took time to figure out that there was a big problem. WHO was notified on 31st December. All countries were notified in January. Blaming China is just self-serving. You can't control a virus that has asymptomatic carriers. All the virologists I listen to say it is a natural virus of the kind they have expected to spillover for some time. LIsten to virologists and epidemiologists, not politicians or opinion leaders. You need science not speculation.
