  4. I'm with you, Allyssa...sweaty, overtired, brain fogged. I started being perimenopausal in my late 30s...luckily family lore of auntie being a change of life baby, at 40. I am 55 now, finally not having to change my nightshirt twice a night. And yes, this brain fog isn't the silly stoney stuff from edibles. Thanks for coverage of this. Come on fund this !!
