  285. It's almost like they don't realize undoing Roe won't accomplish what they think it will. I predict more stress to our health care, education and judicial systems, which are already understaffed and underfunded...this will require a raise in the taxes needed to fund the increase of children in those systems. Also we need a better sex education policy, starting young and building on each course, covering anatomy (names and functions), relationships (communication and how hormones and feelings collide in all of us), and boundaries (both how to enforce and respect), and of course how to use birth control and what pregnancy entails (a film of birth and covering maternal mortality and after effects of carrying to term). My dad was responding well to his cancer treatment until he got covid... he was always fit and strong...hand splitting wood with an age at 80. He wore XL tshirts...he was buried in a medium. I'm for student debt relief, which I have none...because I didn't go to college...but it would benefit enough folks that I don't mind chipping in. The same with infrastructure and health care, those benefit all of society. My household is above my states poverty rate...but we're not comfortable, or cars are old and need more maintenance, but new car payments and insurance would strain our budget also. Luckily we have an honest mechanic who will let us pay installments if the bill is too much to swing at once.

My 4th grade teacher caught three boys calling each other it, made them check the bjg dictionaries from the library, all 3 and stand before the class and read the definition (an ignorant or uneducated person, I'll never forget). The teacher and the boys were black for context, late 70s. I didn't get bigotry then, or now...I've found that those who use it are telling on themselves.
