It's time for the rich to pay their share and restore the middle class!

+JustTheMessenger4u if you make 100k a year 25k goes to taxes BUT you'll still get credit with things you get credit for now plus you'll get MEDICARE! Not more Obamacare! You'll get paid family and sick leave and taxing Wall Street will provide College for all!!!

+JustTheMessenger4u In that scenario you have Repubs calling those folks freeloaders. You have people not chipping in and it creates resentments If you make 18k and pay 10% that's 1800$ plus then tax credits kick in so you really end up paying much less or getting some back as it turns out in most cases If your boss makes 100k and pays 25% that's 25k that goes into paying for much needed social services including Medicare for all! Your employer will have MORE money because he won't have to pay for worker medical insurance anymore which costs thousands!!! So fact is your boss will have more money and we will have a thriving middle class like back in the day when a family of four only needed 1 breadwinner, a nice home and the nation had a higher standard of living

+JustTheMessenger4u The dollar is still the world currency. China's economy has become stronger because they Mix capitalist elements with socialism. America is heavy capitalist leaning towards corporatist we need socialist policies to give middle and lower class Americans the chance at the American Dream. If people in America have more money the do more things they want to do like travel, buy stuff etc and that injects more into the economy! The rich will still be rich they will still have money this is about all of us normal folks being able to live and get our piece of that dream!

+JustTheMessenger4u So your ok with people paying none and the rich being taxed less? We'll be right back in another financial crisis with that thinking. With Bernie everyone gets something for taxes namely MEDICARE! And if you think it sucks ask old people how much they like having it

+Zenn Exile I actually agree, I think 52% on the top income earners is too soft considring how theyve wrecked things of the last 15 years more if you count all the breaks theyve had since 1964 however it is a good start and once people see how it benefits them the illusion of taxing the wealthy will crumble and the next president liz warren can raise it higher

+Zenn Exile Very powerful and intelligent insight

+GR8 B8 I would rather read insightful posts from someone than a copy and paste picture anyday. If it's too much for you feel free to go back to finger painting and leave the discussions to adults.

You provide nothing of substance you only serve to make people dumber for having to read and respond to your bullshit, a game i will no longer play. Have fun on ignore loser

+Zenn Exile The game is rigged and every president who has tried to fix it has been taken out Kennedy being the last when he wanted to move back to gold backed currency. These increases Bernie is proposing is a step in the right direction the rich will still be rich but they'll be taxed on that inherent wealth and IMO it's long overdue Bernie has voted with other libertarians who want to audit the fed http://www.sanders.senate.gov/newsroom/press-releases/the-fed-audit He wants that transparency back for the people! He wants to roll back the curtain so we see the wizard for what he is! This is why many libertarians like myself support him. He makes the most sense out of any candidate running We may disagree but I do thank you for being civil and for your insightful post
