  4. After some wise advice I no longer support exploring the Austrian Model of Neutrality for Ukraine because this model would not work for Ukraine in my view. Advice received: The peoples and leaderships of AUSTRIA in themselves do not like nurturing hostilities against anyone, that is why Austria can be genuinely neutral... Ukraine is another matter... since Lenin's time, in Ukraine there are powerful people who are openly against Russia and this time around receive great assistance from the USA that is pushing NATO... so... any paper-agreements of Ukraine being neutral can be signed, but is not a real guarantee for many lifetimes...

  8. All that is needed is a NEW Ukraine Constitution that the Russian and Ukraine Governments agree to which should include the necessary things for peace between Russia and Ukraine. Russian security guarantees are a separate matter between Russia and NATO.
