Perhaps Russia urgently needs to send some diplomats to try to talk to Finland and Sweden about this or even offer them membership of the CSTO alliance in addition to their existing peace treaties. As a sweetener offer them membership of the SCO trade group the India China Russia and many others belong to. Yours Sincerely.
