  3. The U$A military budget is the highest in the world, bigger than the rest of the world combined, over a trillion dollars. In addition there is the cost of 1000 military bases which is increasing; 300-400 biological warfare bases; the biggest navy in tonnage by a long margin; a huge nuclear force with largest delivery systems in the world. The U$A does not need this for their self defense but for a HEGEMONIC purpose. This also applies to the CIA; NED; FBI; and many other security organisations; over 200 think tanks; various other organisations all for HEGEMONIC purposes. If the U$A were to abandon its HEGEMONIC position it would save trillions of dollars each year and could reduce their debt even without trade consideration .
