Look closely at Pres Putin's speeches recently about what he says about the MULTI POLAR WORLD and bringing back civilisation states. I support this vision. Historically the world operated like this in a manner because China and India never built empires they just traded and were the leading economies until the west came along recently and imposed their UNIPOLAR WORLD.
