  2. The best thing you can do for yourself to get in this direction is to buy a 5-10 year old Honda or Toyota and have no car payment… start there it’s a short term investment that will start to give you the sense of freedom they are talking about… you will WANT MORE

  3. Being debt free even if you gotta clear out your 401k make it happen obviously not if you retire in 10-15 years but do it now those credit cards are more than you will ever earn in 401k money
