  3. These are very very young adults .its hard for us millennials too, but i don't think companies will hire very young when a 30 year old wrh a family who thry know will be there everyday. These people are green. Very very green. They don't have experience in problem solving. A degree doesn't mean anything when it comes to experience. Everybody starts at the bottom unless you know someone . But we need somebody in hr to explain this. They do too much for entry level jobs. Its about how persuasive your personality is or who you know. They can't hire you to problem solve if you've never had a problem
