The CEO makes far too much money, and keeps cutting making patients comfortable (first duty of medicine) in favor of horrid tech, and an absurd phone menu that is total crap (had a bad injury, spoke my March date of birth very clearly, and the piece of crap phone menu said, “I heard September blah blah”, really? The two names of the month don’t even sound the same! Voice or keypad, it consistently screws up, and Kaiser tech is so arrogant, that they so nothing, when you file grievances. Any employee can tell you about the phone menu. Every member should file a grievance against the CEO, maybe the board would get off it’s ass! Having said that, the employees, doctors, PA’s, nurses, receptionists, MA’s, all of them are incredible, caring people! I have bern a member for over 3 1/2 decades, and the care i have received is phenomenal! Cut the damn CEO’s huge salary, quit letting good employees and doctors go, and PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES!
