  1. By the way, no one has a Constitutional right to infect or expose another to a potentially lethal disease through deliberate disregard towards another human being. However, the person who is being attacked, or assaulted in such a manner does have the Constitutional right to protect themselves through appropriate use of force. Sound off all you want, but don’t do it in a manner that infringes upon anyone else’s rights to not become infected through reckless or angry disregard for their personal safety. Nothing quite says, “I am a selfish jerk”, like not wearing a mask and making a huge deal about it. Have respect for others, by not getting tjem sick, and why should you get medical help first if you won’t take care of yourself? There are so many deniers out there who become horribly sick, who keep those with serious illness or conditions not of their own making are denied care because of hospital overcrowding snd patient safety issues caused by deniers. Yes, you should get medical care if you are a denier and become seriously ill, but you should have to pay a huge bill for such selfish and inconsiderate behavior.
