  3.  @timchapman6702  tim, that’s how the GOP lies. They are trying to defund the IRS, because the IRS is now catching big business tax cheats, who back the GOP, and making them pay up. These backers of the GOP, who spend millions on accountants, lawyers, and lobbyists to avoid paying taxes each year, then use the lobbyists to pass laws benefitting only their clients snd economic class, but you and i, snd what is left of the middle class have to pay taxes that support those laws that screw us to benefit them. Big business cheats us taxpayers out of about 1 Trillion dollars a year! The IRS knows it can get about 561 Billion of that back, while having to fight in court for the rest, while the cheaters drag it out in court. I am not interested in paying taxes to protect those criminal cheaters. By the way, many industries claim subsidies of your and my tax dollars as part of those bills that benefit them, that we have to pay for. Gas and oil companies get our tax dollars, then turn around snd manipulate prices every year to cost us more and give them massively record profits, which, they cheat on the taxes, they owe for those record profits. Hedge funds, which can and do help crash the economy by betting it will crash, get record profits that way. Then, when the economy crashes, they sometimes goof and guess wrong, snd they start going down. Then, your tax dollars are spent to bail them out. Sound familiar? That was 2007 and 2008, that was our tax money that kept them and the whole reckless, selfish financial industry alive, when they purposely crashed the economy to make sure small business could never he strong again. But, small business has been the backbone of our economy,even before we were a country. Now that big business controls the economy, where the hell do you think all the homeless people suddenly came from?
