  1. Don’t be fooled, he plans to rake in billions that way. If you look at his history with stiffing the Romanians who worked on tRump tower in NY, the people who paid in advance for Chicago condos, he used their money to build them, then turned around and raised the price exponentially. What he proposes in terms of the basic physical outlines, structures, and infrastructure, is a dream we all share, but you should do well to consider the source, his history of cons, especially stiffing small businesses and individuals, is extremely nasty. They have to sue him in civil court, where his expensive lawyers delay and bleed them dry. And big businesses were burned as well. Do people ever learn?
