And using your position to protect family members from the consequences of illegal action, that is not in the Constitution either. And Shire Reeves did not have all the powers you are grabbing (that is the origin of the word sheriff), you are modeling your actions more along the lines of the sheriff of Nottingham, a much more tyrannical person? Legend? Definitely not someone who respected the Magna Carta, which has a lot to do with our Constitution. A tyrant is an abuser of the US Constitution.
