Every car has a black box. Everything you do is being recorded. Every time e you accelerate, every button you press, everything. Including your location. That's how they knew his location and speed.

He deserves every second of those 24 years in prison. He will be in prison for the next two decades and nothing is going to change that
3
This is justice
3
@ara6211 Why are you even supporting a killer in the first place?
3
Being only 24 years is the second chance
3
Not even close
3
And she didn't need to. They were legally crossing the street.
3
Why do you lie?
3
Nothing you say and do matters. He's staying in prison for the next 23 years and there's nothing you can do about it. I bet he's already someone's girlfriend in prison.
3
We can't just start freeing killers because you like them.
3
In this case the sentence is fair
3
He was not a kid. He was an 18 year old adult man who's fully responsible for his actions. He decided that racing and having fun is more important than people's lives and now he has to face the consequences for his crimes. 24 years for brutally killing two innocent people are more than fair to him.
3
He deserves every second of those 24 years in prison. He brutally killed two innocent people and destroyed a family. He will be free at some point. The people he killed are forever gone
3
@lolzz1458 The graph is correct and he will not be released
3
No she wouldn't because he was too far away when she started to cross the street.
3
At least he will be free in 24 years. The two people he has killed won't come back.
3
He is a criminal and a killer
3
@kolo5363 You should check your morals
3
Racing is not an accident
3
He was racing on purpose
3
@ياربالعالمين-م2ل He tried to save them? In what world are you living in? He killed them. He knew exactly what he was doing is wrong and illegal and highly dangerous. It was his intention to put innocents in danger. He knew the risks and dangers.
3
This wasn't an accident. And she looked. The street was empty when she started to cross it.
3
Warum lügst du?
3
@t0kigh02t7 It was his intention to do an illegal and highly dangerous street race. He knew what he was doing. That was his choice. He knew the risks, dangers and consequences. An illegal street race is not an accident. The court made it even clear that it was not an accident. It was brutal manslaughter.
3
They knew the money had nothing to do with the court. Would you decline that money if someone would just give it to you? If course you wouldn't. He still had to face the justice system. Killing must have consequences.
3
He deserves every second of those 24 years in prison
3
Do whatever you want. But don't tell others what to do! Alcohol is a personal choice. Alcohol must not be banned.
3
No. He killed two people.
3
He is a criminal and a killer
3
So you think killing should have no consequences as long as it doesn't happen again? That's one of the stupidest comments I have ever seen
3
Racing is not an accident. They said it perfectly in the court "it was a crash, not an accident". He was intentionally putting innocent lives in danger. And she was legally crossing the street. She did nothing wrong.
3
That's literally not possible
3
Why are you lying?
3
Racing is not an accident
3
He didn't appeal. The sentence stays 24 years.
3
Racing is not an accident
3
@bravo-charlierandomyeetsav8310 Not every street has a pedestrian crosswalk or a traffic light. And when there's no car in sight you're free to cross the street. He on the other hand was doing an illegal and highly dangerous street race.
3
You can never be sure that you're fully alone. If you want to race do it legally on a racing track. It's not difficult.
3
This could not happen to one of us. I never killed anyone by doing an illegal street race. He knew exactly what he was doing is wrong and illegal and highly dangerous. It was a conscious and deliberate decision to put innocents in danger. He knew the dangers and he took the risk of killing someone. And now he has face the consequences for his crimes. Racing is not a trivial offense, it's a serious crime because it is so dangerous. There are no excuses for his actions.
3
What he did was just selfish, reckless and intentional. By doing an illegal street race on a busy public street he accepted the possibility of killing someone.
3
She was legally crossing the street. Like people do.
3
@Matp345 She looked for cars. The street was empty. She decided to cross the road with a stroller which takes more time and makes you less movable. Then came Cameron racing out of nowhere with a speed of 102 mph on a residential area with a speed limit of 40. Think about how fast 102 mph is and how much distance it covers in only a few seconds. She never had a chance. If he drove with an appropriate pace nothing would have happened because he would have had the time to see them and react to it. But that's not possible of course when you're doing an illegal street race with a ridiculous speed. She did nothing wrong. She was the victim of an illegal and highly dangerous street race. Your friend did nothing wrong.
3
Killing must have consequences
3
Killing must have consequences. He should have considered that before committing a crime.
3
Are you really that dumb?
3
An illegal street race is not an accident
3
This is not just an accident. Racing is not just a trivial offense, it's a serious crime because it is so dangerous. He knew exactly what he was doing is wrong and illegal and highly dangerous. It was a conscious and deliberate decision to put innocents in danger. A car is not a toy. When you drive like that that's not different than shooting a gun. Racing is not an accident. He killed two people.
3
@rawa930x He won't. The other one got only six years because he didn't kill anyone. It's true that Cameron tried to appeal but it was recently rightfully declined.
3
My sympathy goes to the victims and not the killer. And no, I never went 102 mph on a 40 mph road.
3
Driving like that is not different than shooting a gun
