Then came Cameron racing out of nowhere with a speed of 102 mph on a residential area with a speed limit of 40. Think about how fast 102 mph is and how much distance it covers in only a few seconds. She never had a chance. If he drove with an appropriate pace nothing would have happened because he would have had the time to see them and react to it. But that's not possible of course when you're doing an illegal street race with a ridiculous speed. She did nothing wrong. She was the victim of an illegal and highly dangerous street race.
