@thomasjosullivan9179 Poor attempt at guilt by association. Also it’s sirs for plural, sir’s is for possessive.

@thomasjosullivan9179 You don’t need a monarch to grant knighthoods (Sir / Dame)…. France is a republic and grants the honour of Chevalier (knight) in its ‘Legion of Honor’ decoration system.
1
@thomasjosullivan9179 The Republic of Ireland has awards and honours: Aosdána / Saoi, Comhairle na Míre Gaile, and Gaisce amongst others. Ego isn't an acronym, each letter doesn't need to be capitalised.
1
@thomasjosullivan9179 That’s called special pleading. Knighthoods are granted for distinguished service, as is Saoi (for the arts).

@thomasjosullivan9179 His was for his charitable work, what should have made him ineligible was unbeknownst to those who granted his knighthood (the then PM Thatcher and Queen Elizabeth the second). Also entirely false, you attempted create guilt by association, by linking him to Starmer simply for both having knighthoods, then went on to pretend knighthoods / honours were only granted by monarchies and that the Republic of Ireland doesn’t, all of which are incorrect and demonstrably false.
