  2. Scottish citizenship is non existent, nationality legislation of all constituent nations of the UK is a sole reserve Westminster. This of-course would change if Scotland did gain independence, however that IMO would be as great a folly as Brexit. You’re almost certainly right that the Tories will be wiped out at the next GE. I sincerely hope their successors in government enact constitutional and electoral reform, plus English regional devolution, with the aim of making the UK a as near as possible a union of equals.
