It cracks me up people saying Brian can never beat Levan. This man is a 4 times WSM. Highly experienced strength athlete. Who is known for his technical mind and being a fast learner. He carries 400lbs body weight easily. He's been in an around that area for years an years. He has very good endurance for a HUGE person. He has one of, if not the strongest grip on the planet. He makes other strongmen look weak in comparison when they've competed against him. Yes there is some technique etc to learn in arm wrestling. But to say Brian can never beat Levan is ridiculous imo.

Brian is now starting to make that grunt noise for arm wrestling. Its over for everyone.
146
Brian hit 162.4 kg about a year ago. Look it up. Must be a slightly different machine otherwise he'd be on that list I guess...
98
Brian is a master subtle troller. His vids are skilfully put together with several subliminal messages. 300lbs. Now that's a proper weight on a proper machine.
90
You know Devon is praying for his beard and hair to grow as fast as possible lol
57
Anyone who has watched Brian for even just a few months will expect nothing less than those words. He knows the score. Knows what needs to happen. He's a smart dude.
54
Ultimately Brian listens to Brian. That's the right way. And all his years of experience in the how to stay strong and healthy arena. He said he listens to all the arm wrestling experts, and then may take bits and pieces from different people and see how different things work and feel for him personally.
44
I bet Shaw will be 10 times better than last time. That's what he does. So the next person is likely to be the next victim i agree.
43
LOL Some people don't realise Brian is a good troll when he wants to be. The subtle type. The smarter type. :D
43
He doesn't show because he's humble right now in this sport. And no show-off. :D
42
@krisztianmezei888 You can't have one of the best if not the best grip strengths on the planet without a decent pronator.
42
For those who have watched those two for years know they love each other really. :D Literally like brothers.
40
@Abdojtj Brain all out red faced and puffing is going to be scary powerful. He's nowhere near all out against those guys. Yet in the vid on Brians channel they are red faced and blowing.
30
Brian gave him his old peak strongman diet and Devon is woofing it down lol
30
Never mind hand size per se, look at what the hands of Brian have done grip strength wise. In particular certain dumbbells he's lifted with really thick handles, that in some cases only a few people on the planet have lifted. Ones you need a huge hand for, as well as huge strength.
28
Devon said 2 years for Brian to potentially be the best. Sounds about right, when stats say an average person starting out can on average turn pro in 3 to 5 years. Brian with his starting point and base, 2 years to be right up there deffo sounds fair.
27
@julianlaustsen1991 Yep the 4 times WSM is a weak man. Arguably the best of all time strongman is weak.
27
Err Levan's measurements were all over the place. Ultimately this vid tells me we don't really know right now. If you take the 58cm as Levan's arm before a pump. 58cm is 22.8" Brian recently is 23". Ultimately both have HUGE biceps no question. I mean Brian has been up to 25" at some point stats say. There's also a vid of Brian in the past at 24" If we are to go back as you do with Levan as far back as 2020. :D
26
Boom. Brian has always been the best the best for his size. I recall him pulling a plane in WSM and basically all the other guys were gasping for air after their pull, some needing oxygen. Brian just went over an spoke to the interview guy an gave a rundown how his pull was for him.
24
Levan has also named a few people he thinks might beat him. He's not spoke like this before. Almost sounds like he's preparing himself to lose soon. I think he knows he can't get as large as he normally does anymore. He knows his body can't take it for much longer.
23
I mean Devon may have been able to move him in that position but it would have been too much effort for a training session I think was the point. lol Brian is eager to turn the power up which is good, not so good for others. lol
23
Even taking in the consideration of angles. Brian has a larger frame larger arms generally. I also think Levan isn't as big as he once was. Mind you neither is Brian. lol Also people need to stop being surprised that Brian one of the greatest and strongest strongmen to ever live is HUGE! He made most of those guys look on the smaller side even.
22
Brian all his experience and his expert food guy will be able to get Devon to 300lbs and still keep him healthy. I reckon he's well on the way now.
20
No one else has the same height bulk and overall girth combo as Brian in one person. But I'm sure he'll work it out in the end. Bigger table or not. As he said.
20
Brian is unique his height combined with overall size, width, and bulk to his level. Is very rare. That's why he has an issue. I'm sure it'll get sorted soon, Devon is on the way this week.
19
Brian has had the cells before. This dude has the money to do it when he wants. And knows how to stay as healthy as possible. The last 20 years or more shows people that. Super dangerous guy in so many ways.
18
Interesting sure. But bare in mind. Going by what I have found. Levan can only get 93 kg. Larry Wheels 102 kg. Khalad 118 kg. In my view right now at 127 kg Brian is second best in the World on a dynamometer. At other grip tests I'd bet he's the best.
17
LMAO these guys are hilarious. They love each other really believe me. lol They will actually both being trying 100% though come game night.
14
I don't know why people cry. Even in strongman Brian was one of the biggest ever. He's one of the largest all round height/girth/sheer bulk combination just overall HUGE size, humans to ever live.
14
20 days is important. Like I've said before. Some kind of arm wrestling will no doubt be going on at Brian's strongman event mid August. He's mentioned that previously as well.
14
Going by Brains face and reactions percentage wise the effort used to beat Simmons was minimal to say the least. lol
14
@ovs4744 Then smashed that pro arm wrestler every round after of course. Not a random. Pretty much anyone can get flashed pinned as coach Ray says, especially new people into the sport.
13
On his channel Brian just picked up a pallet jack like it was a bag of groceries. Denis is wise. His comments make sense.
13
Main thing against Brian for arm wrestling is being too nice not contesting set up etc Devon will help him with being more mean etc though lol And after round 1 he realised the other guy is going for real then he showed up.
13
Also key is watch/listen to Brian's breathing, essentially he's not breathless at all after the pulls. The other guys are breathing somewhat harder, even Derek. Brian is nowhere near red lining. He has superb cardio for his size. Once he knows how to stay safe in all situations. And how to stop himself getting into weaker positions. He's going to be deadly.
12
Not strong enough? Generally? That's the funniest shit ever.
12
@Anonymous-hy8cn Brian has done 162.4 kg before. On a dynamometer. The only time you know for sure whom the best are is if they use the same tester in the same room.
12
Yes look at Brians face and the lack of effort compared to theirs :D I'm sure these guys are correct in what they say. They felt his hand after all.
12
Brian shits all over that kind of weight he was chilled about it :D As people who know Brian would expect. You could tell Brian even hold himself back from saying more weight more weight. Because Devon's trip isn't ultimately about weight it's about learning arm wrestling specific movements and techniques.
11
size of those shoulders. Brian and Eddie are good buddies. But Brian doesn't care if you decide to face him in competition that's your choice. He only knows one gear on that day. All out.
10
@ZonZorZerx Err no he doesn't. You clearly haven't listened to his words carefully. If Brian is all in, he plays to be the best. That's how his mind works.
9
@Anonymous-hy8cn Just put it into google. He broke Vitaly 159kg record at that time. On a different dynamometer as I said. Also the only way for sure to know whom is the best is in the same room using the same tester.
9
Devon has never done it before. As you say. It's all mind games Devon is saying one day Brian Shaw will shoulder press you.
9
@metaphoria3 He doesn't care if people like yourself think that either. This is what some people don't get. It's more motivation.
9
Some people will see Brian and think he's training with small guys. lol They are not small. :D Brian was in another vid near Gym Reaper that guy is HUGEE and Brian makes him look normal. Being near Brian would be the best way to find out that he is indeed gigantic.
8
LMAO Brian is trolling those who have said Brian is not taking armwrestling seriously.
8
@daveheath19900 Some of you people clearly can't use google well. Or read what I said carefully. :D
7
Brian doesn't train it. He trains it specifically for a short time and he will do more. Next year I see this kind of thing happening. Arm wrestling specific lifting is the next stage.
7
Good point. One of the all round strongest humans to ever live. And works like crazy when motivated. The MMA training short stint even showed people that.
7
I'm sure he does. And a low amount. He is no doubt one of the healthiest long term roid takers on the planet. Cardio is also great for someone of his size. He's proven that over the years.
