  3. Very funny. He makes that 90lbs look easy. Brian is smart. He doesn't give away what he can do straight away. That's not how he does things. Much more goes on behind closed doors. And comes out all in good time.

  9. Gyms usually max out at about 45kg/100lbs dumbbells. So for Levan to be at one with a 125lbs/56kg dumbbell is super rare anyway. Let alone 125kg. lol Anything at that kind of weight or more would be very rare an bespoke. That someone would own themselves. Like the Thomas inch at 172lbs. Or a dumbbell that Shaw owns that's 350lbs. Which he aims to lift at some point.

  15.  @pnwdweler4100  Right now Levan has those specifics over Brian maybe so. Some people don't get it though. Brian is a different beast even compared to someone like Larry Wheels. No disrespect to him. The stuff Brian has been doing continuously for 20 years plus is a different level. And he's still really healthy. He holds a body weight of 380lbs and a bit more easily. No issues. If people listen to his recent podcast with Eddie Hall, they also hear exactly how his mind works. If he does go 100%, and wants to be the best, Levan sooner or later could well be in trouble. There is a fair chance of that.

  29. One crazy thing is just how big Brian can get. Now he's huge right now an overall a bit larger than Levan right now. But look 5 years ago a vid on his channel him an his Wife Keri answering questions for example. He has a black T shirt on in the one I'm talking about. That's how gigantic he can get. :D Deffo makes Levan look small.

  30.  @massivebeatzz  Levan outweighs him. lol Oh dear. Sure Brian was 385lbs when he was MMA training. The lightest he's been for years. He's back up some weight now. He can go up to 460lbs. Levan clearly struggles to carry body weights of 360lbs plus. Brian carries these body weights with ease. Brian has had 26" Biceps and 20" forearms. Brian hands are longer. Levan has thicker hands. Brian's hands are still generally huge. Levan has more fat. Not thicker bones generally. Overall Brian is larger.

  32. Brain doesn't hate cardio. He has very good endurance for a HUGE person. Strongmen tend to have that. Some more than others of course. But ultimately you need a great cardiovascular system to be a successful strongman and do the sport for as many years as Brian did.
