  4.  @pip1723  Because Vallance and SAGE won't allow it I suspect. A fair few actual experts in the right specific areas aren't in SAGE. Don't advise the Government and don't tend to be asked to appear on BBC and SN. The majority of SAGE are behavioural experts.
