  1. I believe he won't unless Hospital admissions and deaths go up a fair amount. They are still going down. As the graphs showed the vaccines may well be handling things. Infection numbers per se don't particularly matter like they used too before vaccines. No need to panic anywhere near as much now.

  3. Yes and it's not even about severe illness and death in most of the young. More vaccines even faster in some areas will help slow transmission. It slows it by up to 50%.
