  2.  Reverend RunBad  We test far more than Germany now. Our capacity is larger now. We've built that up. Germany had a head start for sure. Because their diagnostic testing infrastructure was already there long before the pandemic. They already had a far larger testing diagnostic industry than pretty much anyone else on the planet. Also those in Germany who are judged to have died of other things and just happen to have covid19 in their bodies at the time, aren't added to death certificates. That's one of the rumours around. The point is we need to know exactly how every Country has recorded covid deaths. Among other things. We don't know these things yet. Some Countries also haven't recorded any care home an other settings deaths.
