You are EXACTLY right! It's amazing that nobody comments or complains about this!! This is the real reason homes in the US (and Canada) are so expensive, that only about 10 percent of people can actually afford to live in them.

@KoarTCN Again, right on! There's no point adding tax, because corporations don't pay tax the way individuals do. That's why it's like this already!

@andrewvincent9739 It doesn't matter how many new homes they build if only corporations can afford to buy them. Same problem.
