OMG he is adorable, I don't know how his previous owners could possibly give him up, I would die first!
So glad he found his wonderful, forever family, with two gorgeous moms and a grandma. What a lucky little boy, and he deserves every bit of it!
Rotten teeth are a big problem with small dogs especially, because bacteria loves small mouths! My gorgeous Maltese had the last of her teeth removed by the vet at age 10. Overnight her breath went from bad, to as sweet as a baby's, and suddenly she no longer had dark tear stains (the bacteria from her mouth must have been affecting her sinuses, tear tracts etc).
At Dr Jeff the TV 'Rocky Mountain Vet' always says - 'No teeth is better than bad teeth!' My Dolly proved it. her mouth healed fast, her gums hardened up, and she was able to eat anything, even steak (cut up small, obviously). Like this little soul, without any teeth to 'cage' her tongue in, it permanently lolled out the side of her mouth, and only made her look cuter!
I lost her aged 13 and a half to a vicious cancer that struck out of the blue. I would give anything for one more day with her. Cherish your beloved animals while you have them, hug, hold and kiss them, show them you love them constantly, and never miss an opportunity to make them happy. Their time with us is so short, and the sad day of parting comes far too soon.
