One of life's greatest pleasures and privileges, is sharing your bed with a beloved pet. I haven't slept through the night since my darling Maltese girl was taken by cancer two years ago. Night time is the worst - I miss reaching out to touch her soft fur, and hearing the low, reassuring rumble of her lady-snores. She was such a joy! Wherever you are now my beautiful Dolly, I love you and miss you beyond measure.
