If this horrendous incident of child neglect gets that sweet little girl out of her vile mother's clutches and into a good home, something positive will come of it. What was Momma doing, barefoot in the parking lot? Turning tricks for money is my bet - the little girl has obviously been left alone in the car like that for years. It's a miracle she hasn't come to serious harm.
