Agreed, it was not a conventional marriage, how could it be, but it was based on genuine and mutual love. If she was a gold digger she'd have married him when she was a penniless stripper - when he first proposed 1 week after meeting her. But she did not agree to marry him till 4 years later when she had made her own fortune and was an international star. That says it all.

@beckyysaurusaustine6498 I hate the misogynistic, false judgements made about this woman, and this marriage. Anna Nicole's beauty took her into a world of fabulous money and that kind of money sadly comes with cynical, ruthless people like her stepson and the top lawyers he hired. I believe she fought the legal battles for her own reputation, and for the dignity and respect her loving marriage deserved, just as much as for the money. She fulfilled her bargain with her late husband, loved him and was loyal to him, I see no reason why he would not have done the same for her. She deserved every cent for making him happy - what did his son ever do for him? I bet he was a thorn in his side all his life, they were obviously polar opposites! Does a person deserve an inheritance purely due to their accident of birth, or is the person who genuinely loved the deceased and gave them happiness, much more deserving? I know what I think! Anna Nicole swapped tough, poor beginnings for the cold glamour and cynicism of showbiz, but she never became hard herself. Throughout, she remained a sweet, warm hearted person who tried to stand up for herself and survive until finally, perhaps inevitably, she could fight no more. God bless her lovely soul.

@beckyysaurusaustine6498 You could see what that guy was just by looking at him - an arrogant, entitled, scheming stick-up-his-ass son of a billionaire, who unlike Anna Nicole never earned an honest dollar in his life. And I bet his relationships with women were lousy too - unlike his late father who adored the female sex, he clearly hates women! I am very suspicious of the will that stated Howard did not leave generous provision for his widow. I see no reason why that would not have been a high priority to him - he loved her, and he knew she had a child to support too. I wouldn't put it past that son to have done some sneaky secret business behind the scenes with expensive lawyers, to alter his father's will. Howard was probably too old and Anna Nicole too ditsy to have protected their interests and kept an eye on him. Seems to me he was the total opposite of his sweet dad in every way. If anyone was greedy here it was not Anna Nicole, it was him! Good talking to someone intelligent on YouTube for a change! Stay safe and well. XXX

@SasukeUchiha-bu4yb Why do you call her a bitch? She was his wife and she was entitled to fight for her rightful inheritance on his death. She gave him a lot more laughs than that stick-up-his-ass, snob of a son of his! Why was he more deserving, a grown man who was already taken care of by daddy as a shareholder in his business. Sounds like you have a problem with women!

It was also a point of principal that went far beyond the marriage. She WAS his wife and they did love each other - his nasty son wanted to trash her as some low down ex stripper and gold digger. But that was baloney - she actually turned down his first marriage proposal, when she was penniless. It was only after she had made her own fortune and become an international star 4 years later, that she agreed to marry him. That speaks volumes. Anna Nicole was fighting for her own dignity, and for the dignity and respect her loving marriage deserved, as much as for the money. She wasn't going to let that horrible son walk all over her and slander her and her marriage. And don't forget, he was showing his late father huge disrespect in treating her so badly. I believe Anna Nicole fought the legal battle as a point of principal, as much as for the money. It is a great shame she went through all that stress and unpleasantness, for there's little doubt it took a lot out of her and likely contributed to her early, tragic death.

@Nick-zn1vj Try divorcing a scumbag - trust me it's 1000 times worse than car trouble! But don't let stress seep into too many areas of your life. It really isn't worth it - honestly. Switch off from that, it's toxic. Good luck - be happy!

@Nick-zn1vj Troubles are never over, you clear one then another takes its place. That's life and it's OK, you just gotta hurdle 'em one at a time, keep your head high and know you'll survive! If you're single, please be more choosy about a marriage partner than I was. Take your time and be really sure. Boy was I dumb! But thankfully that episode is many chapters behind me now. The American legal system that allows 'final judgements' to be appealed again, and again, and again is a total FARCE. That money was Anna Nicole's, she kept her side of the bargain with her late husband and there's every reason to believe he kept his. His last wife gave him great happiness - what did his pain in the ass son ever give him? He didn't deserve a damn penny! Anna was very badly advised to go to that financial hearing in a dress marked SPOILED. Talk about handing the prosecutor your ass on a plate! Dusty is just another boring nobody male, made a somebody by association with a glamorous woman. He's nothing, a nonentity with bad hair plugs!
