Jesus Of Nazareth Well the care home boss resigned over this scandal, so you cannot assume the rapist was qualified at all, dickhead! The facilty was obviously being run as a total shambles for that comatose woman to be repeatedly raped and no one apparently even notice she was pregnant til she went into labour, WTF???
