Not justifiable in any way - are you insane? This was an outrageous use of lethal force by police against a VICTIM of domestic violence, who had called them for help! Not even the presence of a child reigned in that trigger-happy cop! This police unit must be held fully accountable for murdering a vulnerable battered woman. She was not armed with a gun, but merely holding a knife to defend herself against her violent ex. It is appalling that the male abuser got away with his crimes, but his victim lost her life - and her child was made motherless and traumatised forevermore. As with the murder of Gabby Petito, this case exposes how woefully badly trained US law enforcement are, in handling domestic abuse.
