  1. Who would be a cop in the US, when any crazy you encounter, at any time, could be carrying a loaded gun??? One woman too hammered to drive, the other too hammered to refuse to get into her car with her. And that passenger has a deadly weapon in her purse. YIKES! Both are totally irresponsible, and horribly anti social. Thank God - and the police - neither of them killed anyone that night.
