@herefordguy I wonder if raw sprouts give you wind like cooked ones?

@MegaStephybear A splash of cold water in the eggs is supposed to make the omelette fluffier, because it helps steam the eggs as they cook. Milk or cream adds richness, and makes a slightly denser omelette.
