3:06 The first images we've ever seen of Richard Allen pursuing Abby on the bridge. Chilling. Let the dumb conspiracy theorists finally shut up - he did it! Within days of the crime, Allen admitted he was there on the bridge, on the right date and time, and he even admitted he was wearing the exact same clothes as 'Bridge Guy'. When he was finally caught years later (thanks to a sub-standard police investigation), he confessed to murdering Abby and Libby. He wasn't tortured, threatened or coerced in any way. He CONFESSED. He IS Bridge Guy. How much more evidence of his obvious guilt do some people want??? Richard Allen is a highly dangerous sex killer, and no child - or woman - would be safe, were he ever to be released. The police ineptitude in holding back so much information from the public who could have identified him - including this video - only fulled the irresponsible conspiracy theorists, and muddied the waters. Thankfully the guilty man was eventually caught and jailed, despite the incompetence of Supt Doug Carter and co. Let Abby and Libby's loved ones get on with their lives, holding them safe in their hearts, knowing their precious girls' murderer can never harm another child.

Yes, I clearly heard her say "Hi", bless her heart. Sweet Libby was undoubtedly scared of the strange man, children and females generally have an inner radar that alerts them to such danger. But she felt a friendly approach was best. She was about to find out just how dangerous Richard Allen was. Those sweet girls' final moments alive are too terrible to contemplate. If only other people had crossed paths with them after they were abducted that day, and saved them from that horrific crime. Tragically, it was not to be. It is utterly staggering Allen was able to commit an horrific double child murder in a public location, in broad daylight, and then simply go home like nothing had happened.

@ Excellent point! The defense would have made a big song and dance about their client's height not matching 'Bridge Guy', if in fact that were the case. But the fact is, Richard Allen and 'Bridge Guy' are one and the same person - as Richard Allen and his attorneys have always known full well. He even confessed to that fact!

@hellsbells8689 It's Richard Allen - he admitted he was there that day, wearing those exact clothes, and it looks exactly like him. How much evidence of his guilt do you need?! Police made a huge mistake in keeping so much evidence back from the public, including this longer video. It meant the dumb conspiracy theorists calling for a guilty man to be freed, had a field day. Richard Allen was convicted beyond a reasonable doubt, unanimously, by a jury of his peers. He's guilty - get over it.

@ I'm British and live in London, I have absolutely no personal involvement in this 2017 double child murder case from the US. Listen up Ted, I have news for you that will blow your tiny mind - Neither do you! The overwhelming evidence against Richard Allen makes me believe he is the killer. And a jury of 12 totally impartial men and women who studied all the evidence, all came to exactly the same conclusion. Why do you call Richard Allen, the convicted sex killer of two children, 'Rick'? Are you deluded that you know him personally? Or do you think calling him 'Rick' makes him sound cute and cuddly, rather than the ruthless, perverted murderer of two little girls he is? Grow up! And show due respect to the only victims in this case - Abby and Libby, and their devastated loved ones.

@ You clearly haven't studied the case. The evidence against Richard Allen was overwhelming, hence the jury's unanimous Guilty verdict. Hell, Allen even confessed to committing the killings - why are you so hell bent on not believing him?! 🙄🙄🙄 I suggest you devote your sympathy/energy to criminal cases where there is genuine concern about a possible miscarriage of justice. The 2017 Delphi child murder case, is not one of them!
