  1. She said to him "That's what you do when you CHOKE me", not "That's what you do when you CHEAT ON me" as stated by the reporter. Sounds like she was retaliating against domestic violence. The video is surely evidence he had a history of abusing her and she was either getting revenge or restraining him. I think that's her best defence.
