Yes - Lita was always way too good for that narcissistic monster. How tragic he was able to con her into believing he was worthy husband material.

@AmateurAthleteAllDay I was so shocked when she admitted she provided the idea of luring the female victim to the door with flowers. How horrific - I don't know how she can live with herself (100% obvious her ex was the hitman who murdered an unarmed woman in her own home for a paltry $25,000) But I guess that woman did at least get Lita's vile estranged husband and killer jailed for life - so she came good eventually.

"JOO-RARS"! What was THAT about? I'm sorry, but a lawyer who can't pronounce 'jurors' is not fit for purpose!

24:19 What are "Joo-RARs"??? Almost as embarrassing as that prosecutor's dumb-fool gimmick with the doorbell!

Really? I thought the doorbell prop was a cheap gimmick that fell embarrassingly flat. It might have worked and even provided a dramatic moment of high emotion, had the prosecutor married it with an intelligent accompanying speech. But he did not. He merely grasped at a tiny phrase taken from a famous quotation, because it had the word 'bell' in it. That aside, the cut-down John Donne quote he used bore little relevance to the murder, and was therefore indifferent and irrelevant! And what in God's name are "JOO-RARS"??? (24:19). A lawyer who can't pronounce jurors is not fit for purpose!

@medievalladybird394 Like the prosecuting lawyer in this case, you omitted the most powerful part of the quote, and that's why it fell flat in court. He took a big risk with the doorbell gimmick, thank God he won a Guilty verdict despite that bit of failed theatrics!

@bdml77 Thank you, that explains it.
