  3. Oh my goodness, I shudder when I think how tragically it could have ended for those little ones. Thank goodness you took them in, fed and nurtured them and then got them to rehab for the treatment they needed. I was so moved when I saw how they interacted with you, there was total trust they clearly looked on you as their parent - as indeed you were for that short but crucial time. I noticed too how Lucy trusts you so much that she leaves her babies in your care - what a massive compliment that is from a wild animal! You must go to bed at night feeling great satisfaction at doing so much for the welfare of these precious creatures. And boy do they eat well - chicken, sausages, grapes, beef, peanut butter sandwiches etc etc No wonder those little faces come out of hibernation to peek through your window asking for grub! I am so happy for them that they have you to rely on! X
