  3. Wonderful to see Rascal again, and looking so strong and healthy too. It's so obvious she knows you of old Jim, the communication between you is there to see - love how she stands and waits for you to give her the food! She loves those steps though, I wonder if a human was mean to her once? It makes me smile that word has got round the racoon community about Jim's cafe, and some wild boys and girls are tagging along with your regular visitors! Can I ask you about Rascal specifically - now she is an old lady and obviously of no interest to males and not a mother, does this make her vulnerable/low status among other raccoons? And does she socialise with other raccoons or is she a loner - you mentioned she takes orphans in? Aww they are beautiful animals, thanks so much for being their lifeline through the winter.
