  3. You don't know it's fiction, any more than he knows it's the truth! He clearly presented it as a theory, not fact, and as theories go, it makes sense. Kohberger is a vegan - Madison Mogen waited tables in a popular vegan restaurant, in the locality familiar to both of them. Many people who've followed this case believe Bryan Kohberger likely had some kind of face-to-face encounter with at least one of the female victims, to explain his motive./obsession It is also, however, entirely possible he developed an obsession for one or more of the young women living at that address, purely online. For dangerous, anti-social loners, the internet is the perfect hunting ground. If there's no tangible evidence of a face to face, real world encounter between Kohberger and any of the victims, then it can never be proven as fact and (a confession from BK aside), will forever remain a theory. Many real events that actually happened are forever un-proven theories, because there's no way of 100% confirming they happened. I share your reservations about this book. Who are his sources? The full, established facts of the case will rightly emerge at the murder trial, I'm not interested in too much speculation, however well-informed, before that date.

  8.  @MercyKat  Bryan Kohberger's car has been seen on camera driving around the address multiple times, over many months. It appears Madison Mogen was his target when he entered the house that night.

  10.  @MercyKat  I'm not referring to Bryan Kohberger's dating history (though it is unusual for a 29-year-old man to be so sexually inexperienced). I am talking about his issues with misogyny, which are so serious they got him into trouble with his college, and even jeopardised his studies there. Seems you need to do some research on Kohberger's history - particularly if you intend to continue arguing he is innocent, on public forums like this one!

  11.  @MercyKat  Kohberger's conflicts with students and senior academics were clearly serious, and had grave consequences for him. They cannot be dismissed so glibly as mere 'sour grapes' about poor grades! Nor do I believe the detailed accounts of his college history I heard some time ago, can be discounted as no more than 'rumours and gossip'. That said, the truth will out. I don't support books like this being released before a murder trial (no author could do it here in the UK, without being prosecuted for the serious crime of 'Contempt of Court'). The full, established facts will emerge at Bryan Kohberger's murder trial, exactly as they should.
