  3. I smoked 2 packs/day for 20 years (Marlboro 100s, mainly). I tried everything to quit and nothing worked. When e-cigarettes started becoming popular, I tried to quit using tobacco flavors. All that did was make me want a real cigarette. I tried again a year later but with various flavors. That worked! I haven't had a cigarette in almost 4 years and I don't want one! My eliquid comes from an American company that has a great reputation. I'm not hurting anyone. They need to leave us be.

  8.  @LuciusC  It's not being pedantic. Is it pedantic to correct someone for calling emphysema lung cancer? No. They're completely different things that both happen to affect the lungs. Likewise, diacetyl and vitamin E acetate are completely different things. The biggest difference is that even the relatively high levels of diacetyl found in cigarettes isn't causing popcorn lung, while the vitamin E acetate in certain THC cartridges are giving people issues.

  9. You said you're against people using alternatives to quit smoking...while admitting that you used alcohol to do so, yourself. I think maybe I'll stick with my 3 nic eliquid, rather than being a day drinker.
