I love the "walk to work" and "buy an electric" responses. I'm a handyman. I spend all day, every day, lugging tools around town to different customers' homes and businesses. There's no way I can afford a new, electric pickup and none of the affordable EVs will carry my tools. Walking to work is obviously not an option, either. Of course, I know their third option is for me to quit my job and collect government assistance - rather than earn an honest living - so they really don't have any reasonable answers for me.
