  1. Let's bottom line something important. I have a Suburban and a full-size passenger van. Both are plenty large enough for her to fit in the back seats. However, the seatbelts will not fit around her and buckle. It is unlawful and unsafe to allow a passenger to ride without a seatbelt. There's no way for him to safely and legally transport her.
