@jcharles1324 You really don't understand the case at all, do you? That's okay. I'm good with you interpreting it wrong and being too afraid to leave your house because you actually believe the nonsense you're spouting. Of course, I don't think that's true. I think you're intentionally spouting this nonsense with no actual belief in it, in order to be inflammatory. That's okay, too. All you've really done is made yourself look ignorant and destroyed any credibility you have.

No, they couldn't have because the guy who tried to shoot him lived. It was the guy who tried to break his skull with a skateboard who died.

@TheOwnerofFightClub Never should have been there? I'm pretty sure there weren't any ordinances banning teenagers from Kenosha. He absolutely should have been there, as it is everyone's right to travel freely in this Country. The actual, peaceful protesters also should have been there, as it's their Constitutional right to do so. The only people who shouldn't have been there are those who intended to and who committed crimes. That's how it works. Law abiding citizens are supposed to feel safe to be in public places and criminals are supposed to fear the consequences of their actions.

@chynnadoll_esquire This kid was legally carrying an assault semiautomatic rifle (assault rifles are full-auto. it's an important distinction) during a protest about black people being killed unfairly and did not harm, threaten, or disparage a single black person, so my comment is completely irrelevant. There, I fixed your comment for you.

Well, your anecdotal experience surely speaks for all juries, everywhere...

We should all aspire to attain their level of Americanism.

@chynnadoll_esquire Your comment isn't going to age well. I'm looking forward to having a good laugh about it.

@chynnadoll_esquire You can't claim to be an attorney, then back it up by spouting that nonsense and expect to be taken seriously. What's next? Are you going to tell us you're a doctor and then claim there's no way hitting someone in the head with a skateboard can cause severe injury? Come on. If you're going to pretend to be something, you have to at least plagiarize people who actually know what they're talking about.

@anooshwhitlock You're right but not for the reason you think. An assault rifle is a military grade fully automatic rifle. What Kyl was LEGALLY carrying was a civilian grade SEMIautomatic rifle, that looks scary to stupid people. If you don't believe me that he was carrying it legally, you could stop speculating and actually watch the trial. That way you wouldn't seem so ignorant.
