  1. They're all doing it wrong. 1. Build a sporty convertible by shoehorning an electric setup into a familiar, exotic sports car (a la Lotus) 2. Market only to the rich. 3. Get purchased by a billionaire who wants to change the world. Those are the steps Tesla took. You can't replicate their success with a different formula.
