  2.  The Herman Cain Awards  For a long time, virtually everyone in the US did have a gun. The murder rate was lower back then. In fact, even the "Wild West" had a lower murder rate than we do now. For a very long time, anyone could walk into any hardware or department store and buy guns. It's almost as though the problem is societal and has little to do with how much access we have to guns...
