@jacques9307 What rights don't US minorities have that they had 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, etc years ago? In what way is the US more xenophobic now than it was in the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, or 90s and how is that possible, given that the Overton Window has moved steadily to the Left throughout that entire time period? Given the givens, either the Left is truly racist...or you're full of crap.

@random name here I can't take anyone seriously if they're going to say that interracial and gay marriage are on the chopping block. They're not even managing to outlaw abortion in any substantial way. Oh, no! The two abortion clinics in Louisville, Kentucky (the only two in the entire State) have been stopped! Those women will have to drive the extra five minutes to Clarksville, Indiana! The women in the rest of the State will continue to go to Tennessee and Ohio for theirs, because they're closer than Louisville, anyway! THE HUMANITY!

@long8150 My best friend was born into a horribly abusive home. He was beaten regularly with anything that was handy - including a lead pipe, more than once. His mother told him on more than one occasion that she should have aborted him. Apparently, you think she should have, too. Fast forward a few decades; he's in a good marriage and they have three kids. Can I have your real name? I'd like to use it when I tell his wife and kids that their happiness and even existence isn't as important (to you) as the ability of their junky grandmother/mother-in-law to abort their father/husband. After all, he came from an unloving, uncaring family and (to you) that's somehow worse than never being born at all...

This has been the land of the teen mom for decades - even with abortions available. Maybe it's time to consider the idea that the entire culture is off the rails. Perhaps we need to go back to the drawing board on how to teach the making of GOOD choices. "These are your contraception options. Be sure to use them as often as possible" isn't quite getting the job done.

That's a good question. Perhaps someone should remind girls and young women of that fact, repeatedly, to help them make good decisions about sex. Maybe something like "Can you imagine what it would be like to sit on a chainsaw for 18 hours straight? Is that dopey looking schmuck you're seeing - who isn't even going to give you an orgasm - worth that kind of pain?"
