  1. "...seek to punish an entire community..." It's less than 1% of the population and it's not a punishment. Penises let you stand and vaginas require you to sit. If it's about the semantics of "men's room" and women's room," I'll happily start calling them "penis room" and "vagina room." Either way, you don't pass Federal legislation to cater to a percentage so small that it can easily be rounded to zero.
